Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. On returns a store credit will be provided (no cash refunds). If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a credit or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns need to be delivered to Kiekebooh! We do not provide pickup service for returns.
